I Built AI Agents to Replace Our Marketing Agency (7 Meetings Booked)

I built an AI agent pipeline to replace our marketing agency, then hit go to see if it could beat humans at booking real meetings in days, not weeks.

Agencies move slow, aim loose, and rarely sound like you. So in this video I build a fully autonomous outreach system that runs where I work, inside Slack, and replaces the agency handoff with a tight AI team. I walk through why I chose OpenClaw over n8n and Claude, how running locally with tool access changes the game, and how a Campaign Coordinator agent manages three sub-agents to do the work end to end. The Prospector mines Ahrefs data for high organic growth, the Vetter checks traffic trends to confirm real momentum, and the Copywriter drafts personalized cold emails straight into my Gmail drafts that actually read like a human did the homework.

You will see the messy middle too. I start with an ICP interview to capture my taste and standards, then turn that into markdown instruction files and a clean folder structure that acts like a digital office for handoffs. Things break, I fix them. A vetting bug calculated negative slopes on obviously growing sites, merge fields borked perfectly good emails, and I even stalled out when API credits ran dry. Once the pipeline stabilizes, I flip on autonomous mode, watch the coordinator spawn agents, track progress on a simple dashboard, and let the system do what the agency could not, prospect, vet, personalize, and draft at speed.

If you are still paying for outreach that barely works, watch this before your next invoice. The playbook is repeatable, and every day you wait is a day your competitors are booking the meetings you want.
